Oh wow! This reminds me of a house in my neighborhood that ppl used to call "The Vulture House" because it was rotting and abandoned for a few years. It stunk too. The owner died and the property sat in probate for ages. Finally it was demolished. The lot sold and someone bought it and build a new house on the land. I wonder if they experiences anything spooky there.
